Overview of location

Located in the beautiful Waikato, we have 6 private bedrooms, 9 two bedroom units, and 2 one bedroom single units that our clients call home. We offer rehabilitation for individuals who suffered a stroke or brain injury in a safe and secure environment. We have a beautiful garden for clients to enjoy as well as a shared kitchen, dining and lounge space and a well-equipped gym and recreation room.

Overview of our services and features

Our Residential Services specialise in supporting individuals with traumatic brain injury and other chronic health conditions. Our highly skilled team truly understands rehab and deliver outstanding rehabilitation services with excellent results. Our team consists of a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physio Therapist, Clinical Support, Business Support, Rehab Coaches and other medical specialists that delivers specialist rehabilitation services, 24 hours, 7 days per week.

Here at Evolve Hamilton we help our clients regain strength and functional independence through individually developed, client specific, goal centered exercise programs and activities. We pride ourselves on developing increased independence, empowerment and improved quality of life. Together, we create a great memorable experience!

Our clients enjoy a range of onsite activities including cultural groups, interest groups (e.g. art and crafts), gardening, life skills, karaoke and BBQ feasts!

We also help our clients regain independency with a range of education services, for example: money management, relearning daily living skills and domestic skills such as cooking and cleaning, fostering good habits, family education and more.
