Life at Evolve
We are proud to care for up to 108 people across the North Island. Our rehabilitation facilities are located in residential areas to promote integration into the community where possible.
At each of our locations, our Facility Coordinators provide continuous day-to-day management and support. Alongside this, we provide 24 hour, 7 day a week rehabilitation support through our trained practitioners.
View our locations hereEach person has an individualised program tailored to meet their level of support need and work towards co-designed goals. Therapeutic and recreational activities are based at the facility or in the community.

“I arrived at Evolve rehab after having a stroke and stayed for nine months. I had excellent care during my time there and made significantly more progress than had been predicted by physios at the hospital. This was due to the expertise and kindness of all staff, who all helped me to adjust to my ‘new normal’, often by pushing me outside my comfort zone. They all believed in my ability to make progress, a huge part of my recovery.
