We are a residential rehabilitation facility in West Auckland. Our focus is to empower and support each person in our care on their rehabilitation journey.
Evolve West Auckland is home to 12 beds spread across 2 houses which blend into the community. House 18 is for clients with higher needs and house 20 is for those more independent.
We focus on slow stream community rehabilitation for individuals who have suffered traumatic brain injury.
Here at Evolve West Auckland, our clients enjoy their days full of activities, assistance with treatments and daily tasks, and rest. We provide on-site Occupational Therapy, a Registered Nurse Monday – Friday, and we always have two 24 hour Rehab Coaches available as well.
If a client requires any additional support we also organise community social workers, physio therapists, hydro therapy and anything else they may need.
We offer our clients a supportive and warm environment. Each person has their own individual weekly planner with basic activities of daily living outlined for them. Most mornings consist of group activities and outings. Then afternoons are a time for fatigue rest / quiet time before the night-time routine.
