If we’ve done a great job, please let the team member involved, or their Manager know. You can also email our Quality Team.

Complaints
If you have concerns about the service or care you’re receiving, we encourage you to speak directly with the staff involved or their Manager.

If you’re uncomfortable doing so, or not satisfied with the response, you can contact our Quality Team.
