We are proud to care for up to 108 people across the North Island. Our rehabilitation facilities are located in residential areas to promote integration into the community where possible.
At each of our locations, our Facility Coordinators provide continuous day-to-day management and support. Alongside this, we provide 24 hour, 7 day a week rehabilitation support through our trained practitioners.
View our locations hereEvolve combines assessment and therapy services into one seamless rehabilitation process. The initial assessment is goal and outcome focused, and is carried out with specialised therapeutic inputs from our clinical teams.
Our rehabilitation programmes are tailored to help people relearn skills of self-care, productivity, and leisure participation.

“I arrived at Evolve rehab after having a stroke and stayed for nine months. I had excellent care during my time there and made significantly more progress than had been predicted by physios at the hospital.
